Wonderful Boutique Hotel Stay

I had a fabulous visit. The room provided all that I needed. The bar had a great atmosphere (it's a must-see!). The location is really convenient, close to the tube station. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a welcome addition.
The window would not close properly unless I yanked it while standing on a chair. (This was a bit dangerous.)

the breakfast staff was professional, even during busy moments!!! the hotel kindly provided waters and coffee pods in my room, a very nice touch.
One window wouldn't close properly unless yanked while standing on a chair. It was dangerous!!!

i found the staff helpful to my parents. the front desk was so kind and cute. the lobby had complimentary water, a very lovely touch. i also enjoyed the hot water in the shower, perfect after a long day.
the mini bar door, it did stick a bit and i couldn't open it easily.
