Wonderful Boutique Hotel Stay
great atmosphere convenient location tea facilities coffee facilities
I had a fabulous visit. The room provided all that I needed. The bar had a great atmosphere (it's a must-see!). The location is really convenient, close to the tube station. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a welcome addition.
The window would not close properly unless I yanked it while standing on a chair. (This was a bit dangerous.)

a gentle embrace in baker street
helpful staff kind desk free water
i found the staff helpful to my parents. the front desk was so kind and cute. the lobby had complimentary water, a very lovely touch. i also enjoyed the hot water in the shower, perfect after a long day.
the mini bar door, it did stick a bit and i couldn't open it easily.

the hotel restaurant served a tasty breakfast. the staff at breakfast were so friendly. the dining area had a beautiful design, i could see small details , made all the difference.

the room was spacious and very clean. the studio room had ample counter space in the bathroom. the bed provided such comfort, it offered a restful sleep after all our little trips.

grace and ria offered professional assistance. their cute nature. every staff member always greeted me with a friendly smile. this helped me feel well cared for.
